Refund policy

Refund Policy We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes things may not be quite right. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact. A Pre-paid label will be provided. Please contact us at Customer-Support@VsntJewelry.com to initiate a return or exchange. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-made or personalized items, earrings (due to hygiene reasons), or items that have been altered or damaged.
